Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Gift cards

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Personalized or custom-made products


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team at ciao@oppositeattracts.co with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Pack your item securely and include your proof of purchase.

  4. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.


Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at ciao@oppositeattracts.co

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

  • If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.
